This is an old demo of mine that snuck its way into the outro of “Lost Continent” from Thrice’s Alchemy Index Vol. 2 - Water EP. The piece has always been a favorite of mine whether it be a stand-alone piece or functioning as the outro for “Lost Continent”. Something about this piano line feels very Wintery to me, and tis the season for Winter tunes.

If there can be said to be a “good” thing about thrice going on Hiatus (I’m gonna miss ‘em), it’s that riley can do more stuff like this, Dustin can possibly do more stuff like Lease come home and I dunno about the others but I imagine they’ll do something!
